If anyone uses freedom of speech as an aff value, they have pretty much handed you a win. All you have to do is make them admit that freedom of speech is an individual right. This will turn their own case around so that they are supporting the neg argument. Usually they themselves will have a definition of IR that would qualify freedom of speech as an IR, so just try to get them on that track and you should do well.
