These are some I looked up and found:

Government:

Legitimate:

• Being in compliance with the law; lawful: a legitimate business. – American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language
• Based on logical reasoning; reasonable: a legitimate solution to the problem. – American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language

Popular Sovereignty:

• A doctrine in political theory that government is created by and subject to the will of the people – Merriam-Webster’s Online Dictionary

Popular:

• Widely like, Appreciated – American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language
• Suitable to the majority – Merriam-Webster’s Online Dictionary

Sovereignty:

• Supremacy of authority or rule as exercised by a sovereign or sovereign state. – American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language
• Royal rank, authority, or power. – American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language.
• Obsolete: supreme excellence or an example of it – Merriam-Webster’s Online Dictionary

Rights:

• The basic rights which it is generally considered all people should have, such as justice and the freedom to say what you think – Cambridge Dictionary of American English

Government - A system of ruling.
- The system by which a political unit is governed.

Legitimacy - Lawfulness by virtue.

Determined - Having ones mind made up.
- Characterized by great determination.

Respect - to feel or show honor for.
- the condition of being honored.

popular - commonly accepted.
- regarded with great favor.

soverienty - the status of a soveriegn.
- government free from external control.

individual - single.
- a single organism.

right - privileges granted by a agreement or law.
-privilege.
