Popular: suited to or intended for the general masses of people.
Individual:of, pertaining to, or characteristic of a particular person or thing.
Legitimacy: the state or quality of being legitimate.
Right: a just claim or title, whether legal, prescriptive, or moral.
Sovereignty: the quality or state of being sovereign.
