Government- The governing body of persons in a state, community, country, county, or other area.

Legitimacy- The state or quality of being legitimate.

Popular- 1)-regarded with favor, approval, or affection by people in general. 2) - of, pertaining to, or representing the people, especially common people.

Sovereignty- The quality or state of being sovereign.

Popular Sovereignty the doctrine that sovereign power is vested in the people and that those chosen to govern, as trustees of such power, must exercise it in conformity with the general will.

Individual- A single human being, as distinguished from a group.

Right- 1)-correct judgment, opinion, or action. 2)-that which is morally, legally, or ethically proper: to know right from wrong.
